1. Week 1: Initial Outreach

  • Emails: Send 14 personalized introduction emails to all retirement villages on our list - we have a canned response which you can tweek based on your first initial call.
  • Calls: Begin follow-up calls to 5-7 villages who haven’t responded after 3-5 business days - here you can base on how your initial call went,size of the village/facility,what type of service would be best to offer.

Goal: Secure responses from at least 3-4 villages.

2. Week 2: Follow-Up Outreach

  • Emails: Send follow-up emails to 3-4 villages that showed interest but didn’t commit to a meeting - here we also have a canned response.
  • Calls: Call the remaining 7-9 villages that haven’t responded to ensure they’ve seen our communication.

Goal: Secure an additional 1-2 responses.

3. Week 3: Meetings and Relationship Building

  • Meetings: Schedule and hold 3-4 meetings with villages that expressed interest. Meetings can be in-person or virtual, depending on preference.
  • Follow-Up Emails: Send meeting recap emails to thank them for their time and highlight next steps/action steps.

Goal: Begin serious partnership discussions with at least 1-2 villages.

4. Week 4: Nurturing and Pipeline Planning

  • Emails: Follow up with villages we’ve met to solidify the relationship and keep communication open.
  • Pipeline Review: Evaluate progress, assess any remaining villages for outreach next month, and adjust strategy as needed.

Goal: Secure at least 1-2 partnerships or collaboration opportunities.
