General Uber Requests:


When requesting an Uber to be booked via the company, please follow these guidelines:


Advance Booking: Request Uber rides during office hours to allow our office team sufficient time to make necessary arrangements. Our office team is available from 7am to 5pm to assist with booking and coordination.


Provide Addresses: Ensure that you provide both the pick-up and drop-off addresses when making your request. This information is crucial for a smooth and efficient booking process.


Billing: The total amount for the Uber ride will be deducted from your next payroll timesheet. If you require a different payment arrangement, it is your responsibility to communicate this to your respective office agent in advance.


Exceeding Trip Amount: If your Uber expenses exceed a total of R500, you will be barred from requesting further rides until your outstanding balance has been fully deducted. This is to ensure that all payments are settled promptly and to avoid you as the allocated champ not having actual funds to travel to and from your allocated shifts with your clients as Uber trips are quite costly.
