CAREPLANNER STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- You can download the CarePlanner App available on Google Play Store and on iOS (which tracks your timesheets as well as report submissions in a very low-data-consuming mode), and choose the icon that is white with a blue logo.

- Once you have downloaded the CarePlanner mobile app from your app store (free of charge) you will first need to authenticate your device with your office team.
- You will be provided with a Company ID and a numerical authentication code. This will link your device with your CarePlanner profile.
- This should be something memorable as you will need this every time you need to access the app.
- Once you’ve signed in you may not have any appointments assigned right away but your company administrators will be working to get all of the detail onto the system!

Unable to download the App?
- Should you not be able to use the app for the following reasons- Stolen phone, broken phone, or phone not compatible, we would require a written letter to state the reason and the plan ahead to get a new phone.
An Admin fee of R100 will be charged should you not fully make use of the app by checking in/out on time and submitting daily reports.
